Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
The person who received the cake is wholly responsible for checking that the order specifications are correct and in good condition. Subsequent disputes regarding damage to the order or incorrect cake design will not be entertained if not raised at the time of delivery/pickup.
Cancellation Policy Damages and issues
Please note that in any kind of unforeseen circumstances, Shirene Patisserie holds that right to cancel and refund the orders within 48 hours. In such a scenario, the customers will be notified in advance.
